Documented the full interface landscape — 180 interfaces, 135 with a JDE touchpoint — then redesigned and rationalised integrations for SAP S/4HANA. Structured the landscape into five integration methods: Mulesoft, WebMethods, CDC, JDBC, and robot connections.

Technical design lead for a proof of concept to automate a QC lab end-to-end at a European manufacturing site.

Led architecture decisions and technical meetings across a team of around 20. The PoC integrated LIMS, MES, GBG, DeltaV, Highbyte, Zontal, Camunda, Kafka, and Factslyric (instrument systems) so the site could run without the manual QC steps that were slowing production.
